CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

IECLD’s cancellation process is simple and easy. Simply contact hello@iecld.com to tell us you want to end your contract. A 14-day notice period will then apply, over which you'll need to continue paying for services.

When you wish to cancel, we will action the request promptly, and with a view to making the cancellation process as smooth as possible.

In all cases, when a cancellation request is raised, we will investigate the reasons and identify if any extra support can be offered, in order to resolve the cause of the cancellation request.

When you've cancelled you will be asked to complete a voluntary feedback survey. The results of this will be analysed regularly to highlight areas in which we can improve.

​

It is possible, when requesting cancellation, to request change your coaching package. This option must be requested at the time of cancellation.

Once the 14-day notice period has ended you will receive the applicable refund amount, less any applicable cancellation charges. Please e-mail customer services at hello@iecld.com to enquire about cancellation charges (if applicable).

PROPHET Profiling products require a full in-depth questionnaire to be completed. These reports are tailored and personalised reports that cannot be refunded or cancelled once purchased.
