To help team members understand each other’s business preferences to maximise performance.

When to use

As a foundation for a team meeting or workshop; to help newly formed teams to fast-track working practices; to help intact teams impact performance; or groups to facilitate better collaboration between multiple teams.

Contents

Provides immediate and valuable insights into shared preferences and blind spots. Gives recommendations to enhance performance and optional exercises to support strategy implementation.

Benefits

Raises awareness of the team’s natural predispositions towards business activities, develops alignment and deepens understanding of how everyone can contribute.

PRODUCT INFO

  • A group of up to 50 respondents can be included in the Report

  • The Report is produced after all respondents complete their Individual Profile

  • Facilitated by IECLD accredited practitioner (fee not included) or suitable internal facilitator e.g.HR

  • All reports, containing more than 1 person’s profile, require the purchase of the Individual PROPHET Profiles first, at the price specified

  • PROPHET does not share personal data with third parties. Accredited practitioners are only granted access to PROPHET having accepted terms and conditions to protect the security, ethics and integrity of the product.
